Orange-Ginger Chicken Bites Air-Fryer Rice Bowls
Crisp air-fried chicken bites tossed in a sticky orange-ginger sauce over rice with broccoli and carrot. Weeknight takeaway at home.
Raw materials
Two 250 g packs of bites feed three in bowls.

Ingredients
Method
Cook the sauce until glossy and coating. Add the chicken last so it stays crisp.
- 01Get set
Take the chicken out of the fridge 15 minutes before cooking. Pat it dry with paper towels. Wash your hands, board and knife after handling raw chicken.
- 02Coat
Toss the bites with the corn flour, salt and pepper until lightly coated. Spray with oil.
- 03Air fry
Cook at 190 °C in a single layer for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden. Cook until no pink remains and the juices run clear, or 74 °C at the thickest part if you use a thermometer.
- 04Make the sauce
Whisk all the sauce ingredients in a small pan. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring, until thick and glossy.
- 05Toss
Toss the hot bites through the sauce for 30 seconds.
- 06Build the bowls
Divide the rice, broccoli and carrot into bowls. Top with the glazed chicken and sesame seeds.
