Fresh, soft, aged, mature, semi soft – there’s a significant amount of fuss when it comes to cheese, and we are here for it! A cheese enthusiast will easily be able to decipher the flavours and textures on a broad level, but for someone who’s taking their first steps into the world of Cheese, you might need a little guidance. So let’s dive right in.

Fresh Cheese

Soft, mild and often milky flavours with a soft texture. Fresh cheese is usually crafted with fresh curd that’s not been pressed or aged. It’s a leaner substitute for cream and can vary in texture.

Our Fresh Cream Cheese:

Freshly made in India, Cream Cheese has its origins in Philadelphia. Light and pliable texture with soothing, soft flavours with slightly acidic notes that balance it out. Made from fresh cow’s milk, here in India. Pairs wonderfully with pasta, sharp white wines or a craft, hoppy beer.

Our Fresh Burrata

Freshly made in India, this Italian treasure is made with cow’s milk. A balanced, unique take on Mozzarella which has a soft Sheel on the outside, and a creamy centre that oozes out once cut. Smooth, fresh and textural, this mellow fresh cheese pairs well with tomatoes, olive oil and basil.

Our Fresh Bocconcini

Italy’s finest, made fresh in India! Tiny mozzarella balls which are semi-soft, white, rindless and easily sliceable. These beauties melt wonderfully and pair well with pizza, pastas or sandwiches.

Our Fresh Sour Cream

Freshly made in India, Sour Cream has its origins in Russia & was a staple in Slavic meals. A wonderful addition to sweet and savoury recipes alike, think of Sour Cream as a slightly sharper, tangier version of cream cheese with a runnier texture. Some of your favourite dishes such as red velvet cake, cheesecake and pastas use Sour Cream.

Semi Soft Cheese

Semi-soft cheeses are distinguished by their water content which is usually between 35% – 45%. These delicious, Cheeses are full of flavour and promise textural delight.

Our Dutch Gouda

Gouda has its origins in the Northern regions of the Netherlands, and is traditionally made with milk from cows or goats.The ultimate table cheese that’s great with just about anything. Our Gouda is younger and boasts a rich, nutty, caramel-like taste with notes of butterscotch

Our English Cheddar (Yellow)

Cow’s-milk cheese from the southwestern county of Somerset, England. A classical Cheese that’s loved by all, our cheddar is slightly sharp, earthy and is the perfect melter. Your grilled cheese sandwiches are missing our English Cheddar.

Our Original Smoked Cheese

Dutch Smoked Cheese with its origins in Southern Holland. This one is lovingly smoked with chips of Beechwood, our Smoked Cheese is indulgent, delicious, and is ideal for grazing boards and sandwiches alike.

This one is a close cousin of our Original Smoked Cheese. Beechwood Smoked Cheese infused with herbs and vibrant Paprika for a mild kick. Pairs beautifully with fruit, deli meats, sandwiches and more.

Semi – Hard Cheese

Beautiful, balanced Cheeses that have both moisture and aridity. Expect a firm yet slightly springy texture with a delicate blend of savoury and sharp flavours. Buttery, sweet, rich and indulgent.

Our Edam Cheese

This one has its origins in the Northern regions of the Netherlands and is made with milk from cows or goats. Our Edam is mild, slightly salty and nutty. This one pairs wonderfully with peaches, melons and cherries making it a great addition to your grazing boards.

Parmesan Grana Padano Block

Who do we thank for our favourite Parmasean? The Italian towns of Parma, Modena, and Mantua and part of Bologna. Gritty texture with a fruity, nutty flavour, Parmesan is widely used in pastas, soups, and risotto. Cube it up and you can also enjoy it as a snack.

Our Emmental

Swiss Cheese made with cow’s milk, this one is flown in from Germany. Flavour and texture-wise, it is close to a Swiss but not quite – Emmental is relatively mild and is luxurious and buttery with nutty, fruity flavour notes.
